Mr. Fletcher is a native of Grand Rapids Michigan ; Taylor attended
North Georgia Military Academy Army (Army's Reserves Officers Training
Corps) he later enrolled into the U.S. Army {Officer's Candidate School }
program where he graduated and received his 2nd Lieutenant Commission
officer's rank.
Taylor served two terms with the U.S. Army Reserves while attending Georgia
State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996.
Mr. Fletcher, later attended The School of Law at Emory University in 1999
were he received his Juris Doctor degree. Taylor , worked
briefly for his mentor Mr. Walter Kaplan, Esq. [Ret.], of Kaplan, Smith &
Stoker, PC, in Charleston , SC. In February of 2000,
Taylor relocated to Pennsylvania and was admitted to the Pennsylvania State
Bar in 2000.
